Site evaluation Services

Aimed primarily at developers, our FREE SITE EVALUATION SERVICE consists of an on-site walk over to identify any abnormal sub-surface conditions, as well as evaluating available data, before land purchase.  As most developers have discovered, failure to identify these conditions at the outset can have significant time and cost implications later in the development. This is presented in the form of a detailed budget with value management opportunities and a preliminary risk register.
