McAuliffe have provided an innovative solution to surface water runoff for the ongoing development works at the Lawley Village site in Telford. The option was provided as a cost effective alternative to a puddle clay lining which removed the need for importing of quarried materials.
The U1 Use of Waste in Construction Exemption allows for the use of suitable wastes for small scale construction up to a maximum limit of 5,000 tonnes* instead of using virgin raw materials.
