The McAuliffe Story
McAuliffe’s established over 40 years started out on new builds, major roads and sewers and bulk earthworks projects. In the mid 80’s the company ventured into the reclamation and remediation of Brownfield sites, working on a former landfill site in Solihull and the former Land Rover works in Birmingham.
McAuliffe’s then secured the Tipton Gas Works in the late ‘80’s, a highly-complex project in the heart of the Black Country, West Midlands. Three million cubic metres of soil, 65 acres and two years later, and McAuliffe’s were well and truly established as the contractor of choice in transforming Brownfield sites for Bloor Homes.
Since the ‘80s and ‘90s, more and more multi-million-pound companies have continued to rely on McAuliffe’s trusted ‘know-how’ and do-able solutions, aiding the regeneration of many towns and cities. This has caught the eye of other major property developers such as Barratt, Bovis, Redrow and Persimmon Homes.
Four decades on and McAuliffe's is truly established as one of the most dependable, proficient and fairly-priced names in the industry now being led by the second generation of McAuliffe’s, a real family affair.
