McAuliffe chosen for Your Housing Group remediation framework

Social housing provider, Your Housing Group (YHG), has awarded McAuliffe a place on its multi-million-pound remediation framework, following a competitive tendering process.

The framework will run until 2026, covering project lots valued at £999,000, £1m-£5m, and £5m. YHG plans to build 1,000 homes across the Midlands, Yorkshire, and the North West each year.

McAuliffe is one of 14 national contractors chosen to carry out remediation work, which will create a build-ready development platform for the new homes.

The McAuliffe team is the only UK specialist environmental contractor to offer a complete, in-house remediation and enabling works service – which includes exclusive thermal, process, physical and chemical & biological remediation technologies and capabilities.

James Cartwright, Group Technical Director at McAuliffe Group, said:
