The category celebrates excellence in the delivery of brownfield developments and brownfield-led infrastructure.
This shortlisting comes after McAuliffe scooped four awards at last year’s ceremony, including Best Infrastructure Scheme, Best Application of Remediation Technologies, Best Early Career Brownfield Professional, and the Judges’ Choice Award.
Winners will be revealed at a ceremony on the 12th November 2026, held in Manchester’s Kimpton Clocktower Hotel.
