As part of their award, our long servers were gifted vouchers and extra annual leave.
The longest serving employee is our Head of Maintenance, John Lovell, who has put in an incredible 30 years of service, keeping the McAuliffe fleet of plant and trucks in peak condition.
And he’s not the only one who’s contributed a decade or more to the business, this year’s award recipients include:

- Andrij Dubil, Plant Operator: 10 years
- Ian Simcox, Plant Operator: 10 years
- Stuart Hickman, Business Development Manager: 10 years
- James Cartwright, Group Project Director: 10 years
- Lucy Martinez, Client Relationship Manager: 10 years
