Shortlisted: Brownfield Awards 2025

McAuliffe has been shortlisted for not one, but three Brownfield Awards this year! Each shortlisted entry is selected by industry experts. This year’s judges include senior representatives from CL:AIRE and the Environment Agency.

The team has been shortlisted in the following categories:

  • Best Application of Remediation Technologies: alongside E3P for the Former British Vita, Seaford Road, Salford
  • Best Sustainable Brownfield/Urban Regeneration/Infrastructure Scheme: alongside our client, Encyclis, for the Fryers Road Energy from Waste Facility, Walsall
  • Best Early Career Brownfield Professional: well-deserved recognition for our talented senior remediation engineer, Daniel Farr.

Winners will be announced at the Manchester awards ceremony on the 13th November, in what will be the 21st year of the highly regarded awards.

The highly esteemed Brownfield Awards, celebrate outstanding achievement in the brownfield and contaminated land sector. They bring together the brownfield community to celebrate the excellent work undertaken by organizations and project partnerships, achieved with innovative techniques, awareness of sustainability, engagement with stakeholders, and best practice.
