McAuliffe Golf Day 2025 raises £19,000 for the NSPCC

11 Jul 2025

The sun shone on another successful charity golf day this July, raising almost £19,000 for the NSPCC.

McAuliffe Golf Day 2025 raises £19,000 for the NSPCC

This was the 7th year McAuliffe has run the event, with 19 teams completing the 18-hole course at Birmingham’s Edgbaston Golf Club.

Golfers took on challenges including ‘Nearest the Pin’ and ‘Beat the Pro’ – with Simon Leahy from Ultimate Golf once again providing his services for free – before finishing off with dinner, a prize draw, and an auction.

Housebuilder clients, suppliers, and multiple Midlands businesses put in teams, including Persimmon Homes, Vistry Group, Barratt Homes, Miller Homes Worcester, BLUE Machinery Southern, Komatsu, M&J Drilling Services, Acorn Environmental, Clarke Willmott LLP, Oakmere, Odour Services and Panthera.

A huge thank you to all those who attended and/or donated auction prizes. The money raised will help the NSPCC continue to protect and support vulnerable children in Birmingham and beyond.
