McAuliffe was contracted to carry out extensive remediation, enabling works and archaeological support on this high-profile site, which sits at the heart of the High Speed 2 line.
McAuliffe will take your site and hand back a build-ready development platform – including managing final verification.
We provide a full turn-key service: demolishing existing buildings, removing and processing existing concrete and foundations, managing the cut/fill of ground levels to the agreed compaction specification, and placing piling mats and road capping as required. Our experts also deliver all incidental remediation activities and onsite verification.
Working closely with your team, we start by creating a 3D digital blueprint of your site, which is then uploaded to our in-house intelligent plant, so our trained operators can deliver it in the field.
As works progress, we transmit real-time site survey data back to the office, including turnover depths and testing locations. Our engineers use this information to create real-time, as-built models that inform foundation design and completed areas for handover.
By calculating any surplus or shortfall early before we start, we optimise sustainable re-use of material during the works, creating detailed materials management plans and final as-built surveys.
